La 20ème édition de l'ISC s'est déroulée le 19 janvier 2025 aux loxaux du club Le Vesinet. Début du concours à 10 heures.

Cette édition était particulièrement difficile. Cependant , le controleur central n'a pas accepté des résultats en provenance de l'Azerbaidjan. Mais , le comité de résolution a accepté ces résultats.

Deux rondes. 

Ronde 1: 6 problèmes en 2 heures.

Les échecs ont trop la pêche Ils ont une passion, une famille, de l’énergie, des bonnes habitudes alimentaires, et des petites astuces… Et ils nous en font profiter ! Ce sont les enfants de "Trop la pêche !", le programme court proposé par l'ANIA (Association Nationale des Industries Alimentaires) et diffusé sur des grandes chaînes nationales, sur la TNT, et sur les chaînes thématiques jeunes. Toujours partante et de bonne humeur, Lucie, 10 ans, licenciée au Stade Français JEEN, a fait découvrir, du 6 février au 7 mars, aux jeunes téléspectateurs sa passion pour les échecs. Le reportage a été réalisé dans les locaux du Stade Français avec sa famille et le MI Abdelaziz Onkoud.

« A striking Meredith based on a novel dual-avoidance mechanism for Black’s sacrifices on c3 – as each mating square is potentially covered by one of the static rooks and by one choice of self-block on c5. The resulting c-file Chumakov and three pairs of exactly-analogous active function exchanges are made to look very easy in this super presentation. It’s set in motion by two piquant, slightly paradoxical, keymoves – the bishop ambush and a flight-unguard by the retreating knight..... »
