This tournament, of excellent level, saw the participation of 49 H#2, by 34 Authors, that I received anonymously. It was not really easy to decide the ranking, particularly for the Prizes range: finally, in order to avoid further waste of time, I preferred to leave without ranking the Commendations, that in my opinion were more or less at the same level. As can be deduced, I don't appreciate particularly the quantity, but I prefer the quality; the rest, is naturally matter of personal taste. Now we go to my proposed award:

First of all, I want to thank Mr. Abdelaziz for the opportunity to judge the competition, and for the opportunity to comment on the Azerbaijani language. Because few materials in Azerbaijani language about those every time I use my refereeing as a textbook for Beginners.The organizers received 48 anonymous problems, and 19 of them chose to be awarded.( problem B 34 is the predecessor) (There was a predecessor to the task full B 37 Mikhaïl Gershinsky & Alexandre Pankratiev Sachova Skladba 128/12842/2015. See A.) Many unfinished problems, heterogeneous game system without repetition of strokes that do not participate white figury. Thanks all participants and congratulations to the laureate.

Dans cette section concourent 36 problèmes, avec une majorité de multi-solutions en 3,5 et 4 coups. Le n° 35, qui est démoli dans le troisième jumeau (1.Ce6 pd5 2.Pf5 p×e6 3.Fd4 p×f7 4.Fh7 f×d4‡)est exclu du jugement. Quelques remarques sur certains problèmes non retenus :
- N° 3 : L’auteur a choisi de montrer trois mats du R en d5. Une position plus légère de deux unités, avec les deux solutions montrant le Zilahi, l’échange des 1er et 4e coups blancs et sans répétition de coup me semble bien meilleure.
- N° 29 : La répétition de la même solution dans chaque jumeau n’est pas satisfaisante, d’autant qu’il est possible d’élaborer trois jumeaux mono solution en gardant le problème sous forme de miniature.
- N° 30 : J’aurais préféré seulement deux solutions montrant l’échange des pièces noires dans leur position finale.
- N° 33 : L’utilisation de jumeaux Forsberg en minimal blanc a été plusieurs fois montrée, comme le A avec un circuit de la pièce blanche.
- N° 34 : Jolie manœuvre combinant sacrifice blanc, indien et promotion sur batterie, mais l’économie blanche peut être améliorée.
- N° 36 : L’idée est amusante, mais la D peut être remplacée par une T.
